As Bar Manager, you will shape the experience behind the bar by pairing beverage knowledge with thoughtful team leadership. We want someone who sees opportunities to improve service, develop bartenders, and make the operation strongerand who is comfortable bringing those ideas forward.What youll make happen Lead, train, and develop bartenders and bar support employees. Maintain beverage quality, speed of service, responsible alcohol service, and guest experience. Manage beverage inventory, ordering, cost controls, and waste. Collaborate with the General Manager on staffing, scheduling, and performance goals. Identify practical improvements to bar operations and coach the team through them.What you bring Hands-on bartending experience and demonstrated ability to lead others. Working knowledge of beverage inventory, cost control, and responsible service.
