What you'll actually do Record natural speech in your Indian language and English, from scripted prompts to free conversation Produce code switched recordings that mirror how bilingual speakers actually talk Review and correct transcriptions of recordings Flag audio that sounds natural but mismatches its transcript Who this is for Native speakers of an Indian language such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, or Kannada who are also fluent in English People comfortable recording their own speech and following prompt specifications precisely People with access to a quiet space and a microphone that produces clean audio Detail oriented reviewers who catch small transcript errors Contract and pay $20 to $40/hr , paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start. Remote, fully async. No fixed hours. Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.
