We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, performing basic troubleshooting, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production.
Perform machine setups, tool changes, and routine equipment inspections.
Conduct preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Document production counts, machine performance, and quality-related information.
Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.
Work collaboratively with production team members to meet daily production goals.
Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
2-5 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience working with production equipment, machine tools, or automated machinery.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic machine troubleshooting.
Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, or gauges preferred.
Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documents.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
