Job Description

Is This Where You’re Meant To Be?

At  GreenArrow , we believe purpose and passion go hand in hand. So ask yourself, is this where you’re meant to be?

We’re seeking a hands-on operations leader who thrives in fast-moving construction environments. As our  Warehouse Manager , you’ll own inventory accuracy, staging and dispatch, and the daily workflows that supply our job sites on time. You’ll build disciplined processes for receiving, storage, and cycle counts while optimizing space, safety, and throughput. You’ll partner with project managers and procurement to forecast needs, coordinate deliveries, and resolve discrepancies. Your leadership will elevate team performance, data visibility, and on-site readiness across every project.

Here, your growth matters. We’re a company that continuously invests in its people—offering meaningful work that evolves with you, continuous learning and mentorship, and a clear path for advancement. You’ll enjoy a collaborative, fun environment where life-long relationships are built and values guide every decision we make: Protect What Matters, Empower Our People; Unwavering Commitment to Our Customers; Trust Through Loyalty, Honesty, and Transparency; and a Relentless Pursuit of Excellence. Whether you’re based in one of our East or Southeast offices or working remotely from the Eastern U.S., you’ll find belonging, flexibility, and opportunity—backed by competitive compensation, annual bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

As our CEO,  Lloyd Kuehn , reminds us:

“We take pride in our mission to provide safer and smarter infrastructure solutions for our communities. We differentiate ourselves in our markets because we have committed partners - our people - who are at the heart of business and pursue excellence in everything we do. We focus on exceptional experiences for our people, including protection, development, and engagement. Here, you’re joining a community that invests in you and celebrates your growth. We are setting the standard for exceptional leadership and professionalism across our industry.”

That’s what makes GreenArrow more than just a company—it’s a community of collaborators, problem solvers, and growth drivers who believe that doing great work also means doing good work.

If this sounds like the place where your purpose meets your potential—then yes, this  is  where you’re meant to be.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Own daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and job-site dispatch to ensure crews have the right materials at the right time. Drive safety, standard work, and continuous improvement to increase throughput and reliability.

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, storage, staging, packing, and shipping

  • Manage inventory of electrical materials, components, tools, equipment, and consumables (cable, conduit, fittings, junction boxes, fasteners, etc.)

  • Implement and maintain cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation procedures

  • Develop and enforce standardized processes and workflows for material handling, storage, and movement

  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for safety and efficiency

  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all stock movements and material issuance to job sites

  • Coordinate deliveries and dispatches to construction job sites

  • Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, procurement, and field crews to forecast material needs and schedule shipments

  • Track inbound freight and vendor shipments, manage claims/discrepancies, and ensure on-time deliveries

  • Supervise warehouse staff (warehouse associates, forklift operators, etc.)

  • Establish performance goals, conduct regular reviews, coaching, and corrective action

  • Maintain a strong safety culture—enforce OSHA and site safety standards, perform safety inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions

  • Manage equipment maintenance (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, shelving units), schedule preventive maintenance

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, order cycle time, etc.
